Three-side Injection Molding

Coating

Copper Cathodes

The cathode materials for copper electrodeposition and electrolytic refining include thin copper starting sheet (traditional method) and permanent stainless steel plate (ISA, KIDD, OT, and EPCM technical methods). Such anodes have such advantages as high strength, corrosion resistance, long service life, low cost, high conductivity, low electrical energy consumption, and high-quality zinc output.

Manganese Anodes

Calcium and strontium alloys are added to the electrodeposited manganese anode plates, thus increasing the crystallinity of lead alloy, refining the lead grains, and making the anode plates have good mechanical properties, high conductivity, high corrosion resistance and other characteristics.

Nickel Anodes

Nickel extraction by electrodeposition is performed in mixed electrolyte system of chloride and sulfuric acid. The anode used for nickel extraction by electrodeposition is required to be stable, corrosion-resistant and durable, with good electrocatalytic activity in the usage of anode, in order to reduce the overpotential and cell voltage of the anode.
